人生最惡劣的殘障不是「沒有肢體的人生」，而是「沒有盼望的人生」。
Nick Vujicic（力克）是一位天生沒有雙手和雙腳的殘障人士，但他並沒有因此放棄自己，反而積極地面對人生；他擁有財務規劃及會計兩個大學學位，並透過演講及錄像，在世界各地進行鼓勵別人的工作。(www.lifewithoutlimbs.org )。

鑑 於當代青少年輕視生命，缺乏勇氣面對困難，中國基督教播道會同福堂主任牧師何志滌牧師與何國偉一拍即合，舉辦「Give Up Get Up - Nick Vujicic 香港佈道會」，希望以力克的故事鼓勵青少年人或在苦難中的人仍珍借生命，化Give up 為Get up，重新振作。

免費門券將於十月二十開始在以琳書房派發，大會特別鼓勵基督徒帶未信親友付會，現場有廣東話傳譯，普通話耳機傳譯，（手語傳譯在考慮安排中），並有方便殘障人士設施等。


(１１月２３日正是「國際復康日」，故此當天所有傷殘人士都可享有免費公共交通服務，可更鼓勵他們前往偏遠的機場博覽館參加佈道會。)

The greatest obstacle in life is not being 'limb-less;' the greatest desperation is "hopelessness."
Overcoming his physical limitations with hope, Nick obtained two degrees in Financial management and Accoutancy. He has turned his "misfortune" into a "blessing to others." He tours around the globe to inspire and motivate others to live a life of hope.

Pessimism has penetrated into our society, especially amongst the young people. Hence, PMA Music Foundation and EFCC Tung Fook through co-hosting this event, hope these lives will be inspired by Nick to "give up" and "get up' to live a fulfilling life.
