The second day of the Hong Kong Franklin Graham Festival. Had been severely sick for the whole day and yet still didn't want to miss the opportunity for seeing people returning to life.
I went with my colleague Justin to the Yuen Long Stadium that evening. Right before we got into the Stadium, we prayed outside the entrance -- "Lord, please have your spirit filled with the stadium. Make us your servants and use us in the way you planned."
It's a bid chilly in the Yuen Long Stadium. When the worship team started the songs, I somehow found the voice of the leading team very familiar --- I then talked to my brother and sister sitting next to me..."Sounds like Phoebe.... (our church staff) oh wait..it is Phoebe and the others !!!! No wonder the songs are very familiar."
After the live broad-casting of the messages by Rev Franklin Graham at the Hong Kong Stadium at around 9:30pm, the pastor started the call for repentance to Christ. People are streaming out from their seats to the altar. My brothers and sisters in church started sharing with their friends while I tried to talk to the people around me. In about 5 minutes, I realized, as the "Counsellor" (陪談員), I need to go to the altar sharing with those who committed their lives to Christ. Therefore, we four separated and started serving in different areas. Karen and Alan were talking to their friends while I tried to help out near the stage. Towards the end of the function, we all thought Justin might have left earlier --- not until I hopped in a taxi did I received a call from him that he was actually talking to a few people. He was still at the Stadium ! I was so pleased to see that Lord used him in such a way. We are truly blessed.

天恩臨港 萬人得福
11月30日香港葛福臨佈道大會，舉行了青少年福音盛會，和公開福音盛會II兩場聚會。全日總共有九萬二千多人出席，聽聞福音訊息。直到星期五為止，超過有一萬人決志信耶穌。
昨日下午舉行的青少年福音盛會，反應非常踴躍。來自香港、九龍和新界的多間學校的學生，參加了聚會。聚會開始前兩小時，已經有部份學生抵達。載著學生的旅遊巴士，由全港各區開進銅鑼灣香港大球場。
五百多輛旅遊巴士，把銅鑼灣和灣仔區塞得水洩不通。連講員葛衛理牧師乘坐的專車，都因為交通擠塞，而比原定時間遲了點抵步。主場香港大球場四萬個座位全部坐滿，大會馬上開放後備場南華體育會場館，給其餘二千名參加者。總共有四萬二千名師生出席。
不少學生以站立的方式表示相信耶穌基督。雖然到截稿時間仍然沒有確實決志人數，但見到不少年青人能夠聽到福音，甚至願意把生命交托給上帝，就可見神的作為何等奇妙。
參加青少年福音盛會的學生離開不久後，太陽開始下山，工作人員草草吃點東西作晚飯後，又立即為晚上的公開福音盛會II準備就緒。
下午六時左右，會眾陸續抵達大球場。原本寬敞的大球場入口，到七時已經是人頭湧湧，非常擠迫，像銅鑼灣和旺角一樣。
雖然人多，各人也急著入場，但大家也心平氣和，有秩序且安全地入場。
在入口附近不少教會領袖和教牧，揮動著旗幟帶領信徒和未信主的朋友進場。
大球場在聚會開始後半小時左右，八成座位已經坐滿。場外的警方要分批放人進場。不久後備場南華會也開放，一萬個座位又坐滿了。當晚聚會總共有大約五萬人出席。
到決志的一刻，球場上舖了膠板的兩個決志區很快就站滿了人，連球場四圍的通道也擠滿了人。
最後大球場管理當局，批准會眾站在沒有舖膠板的球場，整個足球場佈滿決志者和陪談員。
感謝神！直到星期五晚為止，超過有一萬人決志。
